Ingredients required are:
• 1-2 bananas
• About 2 cups of fresh strawberries
• 1 cup of yoghurt
• 1-2 cups of milk

• 2-3 bananas

• 3-4 cups of fresh strawberries
• 2-3 bananas
• 1-2 cup of coconut water
• 3-4 tbsp of coconut meat
• Few ice cubes

• 2-3 bananas
• 1-2 cups of young coconut water
• 2-3 tbsp of hemp seeds (raw and hulled)
• Few ice cubes
