Arm workout for women

Are there any good arm workouts women can do to get stronger and leaner? The answer to this very common question is, ”Yes”. There are a slew of workouts out there that people believe are made for men only. These people, however, are wrong. There are certain arm workouts that men do but they are great for women as well. The fact of the matter is that women too want to have nice sculpted arms. These workouts are usually done by using free weights or machines, however, a handful of them can be done with your own body weight. These bodyweight resistance workouts makes your muscles work harder.

Toning Your Flabby Arms

Bicep curl is an awesome arms workout for women. Although doing a bicep curl is very easy, however, what can make it hard is when you start using heavy weights. Anyways, I suggest to choose a weight heavy enough to let you do 8-12 reps almost to failure. The motive behind picking heavy weights is that it makes your muscles work, and when they work extra hard they burn more flab off your arms.

One more great workout I suggest is the lying triceps extension. Lie down and put your weights on your chest, with palms facing in. Lift up and then bring the dumbbells towards your forehead but do not touch it. Perform minimum 8-10 reps and then proceed to the next one. As you move from exercise to exercise you get to create a circuit workout, thus end up toning your arms a lot faster.

How to Pair Up Exercises

One more great way to pair up your exercises is to perform super-set training. Super-sets are really awesome workout because they are rapid workouts, that bring quality results in minimum time. In super-sets you do a set of two exercises back to back. For instance, dumbbell bicep curls followed by triceps extension. If done without rest these exercises show great results in no time.

If you no longer want to wear long sleeves then, I advice doing these workouts on a routine basis, and I assure you’ll lose your flabby arms very quickly.
